Repair, setup & support

Describe the problem.
I'll tell you what it takes.

You get a price before I start, and you talk to the person doing the work. If a repair isn't worth the money, I'll say so instead of selling you one.

How pricing works

Repair and IT work is priced per job, because a five-minute fix and a three-hour recovery shouldn't cost the same. You get a number before I start. If the job turns out to be bigger than it looked, I stop and call you rather than running up the bill.

If a machine isn't worth repairing, I'll tell you that. I'd rather lose the job than take your money for a computer that's going to fail again in two months.

Not sure what's wrong?

That's normal, and describing it badly is fine. Call and tell me what it's doing — what changed, when it started, what it says on the screen. I can usually narrow it down on the phone for free.

Tell me what it's doing

Call or text seven days a week.
