You get as much say as you want. Some people hand me a logo and a phone number and let me run with it. Others have strong feelings about every color on the page. Both are fine, and neither costs extra.
Things people usually want a hand in: colors and how it feels, which photos go where, customer quotes and reviews you want on the front page, the exact wording describing what you do, what order the services are listed in, and what you want a visitor to do first — call, fill out a form, or come see you.
If something looks wrong to you, it's wrong. I'll keep changing it until it's right, and that's true before you've paid a dime and every month after.
Every number is on this page. Nothing gets sprung on you later.
The low build price is because I'm counting on the year. If you'd rather not commit, take the plan next door.
Prepay a year: $890 — two months free.
Exactly the same service. The higher build price is what buys you the freedom to leave whenever you want.
I build it, hand over the files, and you host it wherever you like. After that you owe me nothing ever again.
Website Rescue — $149. Your site is down, insecure, unreadable on phones, or showing the wrong information. I fix the specific problem, usually same day. No plan required, no ongoing anything.
Additional pages beyond five are quoted per job. Ask and I'll give you a number before anything starts.
Changed your hours. New phone number. A photo of the job you finished last week. A seasonal special. A price that went up. Text me and it's done — usually within a day, and you're never billed for it.
What it doesn't cover is rebuilding the site into something else, or adding a whole new system like online booking or a store. Those are their own jobs and I'll quote you a price before starting one.
You get a complete copy of your site files. Be aware that getting them running on another host takes some technical work — it isn't a one-click transfer. If you'd like that handled, I'll set it up for you for $150. If you're on the 12-month plan and leave early, the remaining months are still owed.
